US document expose real birthdate of S. Sudan minister

July 1, 2020 (SSNN) – A United States passport belonging to South Sudan’s minister of higher education, Denay Jock Chagor, has surfaced exposing his hidden date of birth, making him an unlikely potential for Jonglei state governorship.
Last week, Chagor claimed in an interview that his South Sudan national documents – where his birthdate is written as January 1, 1986 – were not correct and that he was, “as a matter of facts,” born in January 1975, making him a 45-year-old politician who has the constitutional right to serve as a governor.

However, in a blow to Denay’s bid for a gubernatorial position, a US passport has emerged for Chagor, revealing that he was born in January 1990, roughly 29 years ago. Critics have blamed him for giving contradicting information over his date of birth.
According to South Sudan’s constitution, a person who wishes to serve as state governor shall be 40 and above. Denay is seeking to be appointed as state governor and as based on the constitution, he should be 40 and
