The teen rapper was known by most of his peers not only as a talented musician but also as an aspiring footballer.

According to his coach, Manyok was a competitive and dominant player in American football.

“He was a very strong kid back then, very competitive and quiet dominant.Β  So he was a kid who always stuck out in the field and one thing we remember about him he always had a big smile” Said his former football coach Paul Stewart.

Manyok played for Bell Warrior football program from as early as 2013 and Paul Stewart coached him for most of those years.

“It shocked us all up. We spent six to nine years training these kids” Paul added.

Responding to the news, Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, sent his condolence message to the families who are affected and said he has spoken with Ottawa Mayor, Jim Watson, about the shooting and the investigation.

“My heart goes out to everyone affected, and I hope all those injured have a speedy recovery,” Trudeau said in a message on Twitter Wednesday, where he also thanked the police and paramedics for their quick response” Prime Minister Trudeau said.
