May 5th, 2019(SSNN) — l would like to express our heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of Dong Samuel Luak and Aggrey Iddri around the Globe. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Their bodies had disappeared but their spirits are still alive. Their full participation in the liberation of the whole South Sudan from the existing oppressive regime in Juba cannot be forgotten by the liberators. Their names will remain in the liberation files forever.

The reliable sources frankly stated that the two late South Sudanese liberators were seized by the Dinka military intelligence officers with the permission from Kenyan national security officers in the Central Nairobi from 23-24th of January 2017 and were immediately transported into Gen. Salfa Kiir Mayardit ’s personal farm in Lury for elimination. The sources revealed that the Kenyan security officials were given 1 million (USD) by the Dinka military intelligent to hand over Dong, Aggrey and other freedom fighters into their hands in Nairobi.

The South Sudan National Democratic Party (SSNDP) which is one of the major revolutionary political parties in the country had condemned the brutal killing of Dong and Aggrey in the strongest term. The transportation of the two late heroes from Nairobi into Juba demonstrated that the government of Kenya has been operating under unethical political leadership. The present regime in Nairobi had been domestically and internationally known corrupt because its works against equality, equal justice, human rights, faire governance, and unity. It was a full violation of human rights to handover the foreign liberators into the hands of their enemies for eradication. Kenya was one of the lawful nations in Africa before but now it has been recognised as one of the lawless countries in Africa and the World at large.

The two heroes who perished under Gen. Mayardit’s authoritarian presidency must be compensated by the current barbaric regime in Nairobi and the people who committed these major crimes against them must be brought to justice without delay to discourage the creation of unlawful activities in Kenya and African region in general. We are calling upon the Troika, European Union (EU), North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), the United Nations (UNs) and all international human rights organisations to respond to the assassination of Dong and Aggrey by imposing terrible sanction on the government of Kenya.

The death of the two South Sudanese freedom fighters was caused by Mayardit’s totalitarian leadership. The First Phase of the South-South Civil War which erupted on 15th of December 2013 between the government and the armed opposition was initiated by the autocratic leadership style. Gen. Salfa Kiir Mayaradit who took over from late Dr. / Gen. John Garang de Mabior in the year 2005, formally declared himself to be the only ruler of the newly founded country. It was reported that one of his sons will take over from him after the broadcasting of his death. Mayardit and other Dinka extremists keep on arguing that the Dinkas are made by the Most-High God to reign over the enslaved or marginalised citizens through dictatorial leadership and that the Dinkas are the new masters of the South Sudan. Additionally, they believe that the South Sudan was exclusively liberated by the Dinkas and the non-Dinkas did not fully involve in the dislodgement of the Northern troops from the Southern region.

In summary, the Kenya’s security officials who had been accounted responsible for the disappearance of the two South Sudanese liberators must be immediately put to trial for horrible crimes they had committed against humanity in January 2017. The two late heroes and associates must be compensated by the government of Kenya to prevent the occurrence of the same mistake in the future. The suing letter will be addressed directly to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) or International Criminal Court of Justice (ICCJ) as quickly as possible to capture the Kenyan security officers who were behind the death of the two freedom fighters.

May the Most-Supreme God rest their souls in peace!

The armed conflict against Mathiang-anyoor must continue.
