Lt Col Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot: the commander of Hit Squat in the Internal Security Bureau

The greedy guys like Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot and the rest have to do the dirty of work of ass kissing, killing people and recording the conversations of people who are critical of their activities of internal Security; their motives is to keep status quoof looting the resources of the country. The national security was to embarked on training officers in countries like USA, UK, Israel and UK etc however, General Akol wanted only members of his clans and sections from Tonj to benefit from this. He has frozen this plan but only; on selected cases, he nominates only his kinsmen.

His uncle and notorious killer: brother to his father; Major General Aciec Kuot Kuot, is the Director for Operation in the National Security.

Who is Lt Colonel Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot?

Lt Col Angelo Kuot is the officer who killed our beloved brother Bol Deng Miyen and other innocent citizens like Dong Samuel, Aggrey, and many Nuer young men in 2013. The agent of National Security John Tap and Captain Ajou Deng confessed to me that Lt Col Angelo Kuot commanded the operation that kidnapped the Human Right Lawyer Dong Samuel and the Senior SPLM IO Leader Aggrey Idriss. John Tap also confessed that Dong and Aggrey were killed by Kuot Garang and Brig General Malual Army in Luri Training Centre without getting order from their boss.

Angelo Kuot Garang is novice inductee to the world of intelligence. He is a conman, gossiper, rumour monger and a gifted liar. He blackmailed, this wicked Director General of internal Security, by using his connection; his uncle, as in; younger brother to his father was the deputy Director of operation in the Internal Security Bureau when he joined Internal Security. Being a gifted conman, a liar, he took the advantage of ever paranoid Director General who does not do things on merit.

Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot came from Australia with forge documents and photos taken on military fatigue impersonating himself that he was a major in Australia reserve army. He used to show this phot to anybody in Home and away restaurant

He pestered General Akol Koor that he could help in South Sudan National Security. General Akol as usual, who does thing on preferential treatment; he wanted to please is uncle who was the deputy Director of operation of national security then; and currently the Director. He employed Angelo Kuot Garang in his office and tasks him with special files. These files he gave Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot include following some utterance and conversations of certain prominent individuals within the national security and the political sphere. His main task is to records their conversation so they can take the verbatim to the president and declare that individuals as “not person of the president”.

Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot being in the inner circle of the retards clique, misled General Akol Koor to under-cut and undermine the work of Military Intelligence. However; because of their greed, incompetence and tribalistic tendencies, they want to do everything. Anybody who is informed or have a friend or relative in the National Security,will know that Angelo Kuot Garang and his group in the office of the Director General have been trotting the globe; to procure military equipments, hardware’s and other security related issues. They go to Russia, Ukraine, and Israel etc on regular basis. This work is the mandate of External Security.

This is not the work of internal security. The work of internal security is to make sure every citizen is safe and maintained peace. Instead, the Blue house retards are busy like army ants siphoning the resources of South Sudan. The relatives of those killed especially high profile cases like Dong Samuel, Agrey Idriss knows that Kuot Garang Kuot whose uncle leads operations in the national security is responsible for their death.

This is an open secret that Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot is the leader of those extorting money from government institutions purporting and sometimes send by the Director General. The entire budget of internal Security is being misused by the retards clique yet it is not enough to satisfy their insatiable quest for wealth.

The internal Security is being managed like a company of those guys from Tonj and the few like Angelo Kuot Garang are acting like wolves who must follow the prey believing they will scavenge the remnants:  Nothing is coming easy; they must do the dirty work of killing innocent before they are allowed into inner-circles of looters in the blue house.

In November of 2018, Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot went to Nilepet and Intimidated the Managing Director that he was sent by the Director General of Internal Security, Lt General Akol Koor that he must approved 100,000 USD to his uncle Major General Aciec Kuot Kuot to go for medical treatment. He said that he must approve that money within the same day because, according to him, his uncle General Aciec Kuot is the one in charge of the security of Juba. He went on…. That someone like him is very busy too doing work for the country and that should be considered etc.

The Managing Director had no option but to approve 50,000 USD immediately and the cheque was written right there. The Managing Director explained to him that it was the best he could do since their finances were stretched as well. Just before noon, Angelo Kuot Garang received the cash, he went straight to the black market and exchanged the money into South Sudan Pounds. He went to Central Bank Governor, repeating the same story that his uncle who is in charge of the Security operations in Juba, was seriously ill and that they have money in Pounds.The Central Bank Governor approved the money to be exchange into American dollars.

We, the relatives of the victims should do our assignment of who is who in the blue house. Those who implement orders are the like of Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot. As mentioned above, he works in the officer of Director General of internal Security. He seems to know more of all the victims they have killed. Lt Col Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot knows who gave them the orders to kill and burnt innocent People of Aweil in Luri Training Facilities. General Akol admitted in the Meeting with elders of Aweil Community in present of President Salva Kiir Mayardit that Malual Army and Kuot Garang Kuot were behind targeting of members of Aweil Community. General Akol was ordered by President to arrest the killers (Malual and Kuot).

People of South Sudan especially those who lived in Juba experience harassment from the members of national Security. Infact; the name of national security is tarnished by few, because, there is no command and leadership in the blue house. The unit is so fragmented that when you step into the compound; you will think you have enter a market. Officers and soldiers alike; room aimlessly and freely in the compound. There is no motivation, everybody who does not belong to the retards clique are overwhelmed with lacks of resources and directives from their seniors to effective under their duties. Most of them have personal problems like medicals that the institution they work for cannot solve.

The few like Angelo Kuot Garang Kuot enjoyed many privileges. When he goes for a mission, he travelled on business and first class because, according to him, he is the custodian of “State Secrets” therefore; he is not an ordinary. The money he used for his ticket alone is enough to for medical of twenty senior officers who are sick with age related illness like diabetes, guout and endemic hepatitis B etc. there are two well documented occasions when Angelo Kuot Garang brags about his stature as a Security personnel working with Director General of internal Security.

One of these occasions was about a year and half ago when gentlemen from his area eloped with his uncle’s daughter Major General Aciec Kuot Kuot Aciec Kuot in Nairobi. Angelo Kuot Garang reported the issue to Kenya Authorities as a case of kidnapped. The Kenya Security apparatus deployed their resources and personnel to trace the young lady and man within six hours. The phone called was made from the blue house by Angelo Kuot Garang with permission from his boss and Kenya authorities were dubbed to believe the case was a matter of life and death for South Sudan.

Another occasion was when pyramid hotel was opened in Juba. Angelo Kuot Garang beats up the security guard and threated to shot him if he doesn’t allow him in the hotel premise with his pistol; the hotel has a policy not to allow guest with guns into the hotel.

Furthermore, Angelo Kuot Garang convinced his comrade in crime in the blue house to devise another tactics where most of the officers that are critical or considered not to be in their camps are target by break in to their houses or hotel rooms for those lived in Security rooms. Their computers and mobiles phone are taken under the cover of looking for incriminating evidence. Angelo Kuot Garang will then sell these computers to IT savvy hustlers mainly from Uganda and instruct them and sell them in Kampala or beyond not Juba.

Killer Kuot Garang Kuot been siphoning the money meant for national security operations to foreign Countries. He has been taking millions of dollars from other government parastatal like Nilepet under the cover of fighting insurgents (Malong Awan & Thomas group) only to go and stashed this money in foreign accounts. Who does not know? Even the foreign powers who helped South Sudan during struggle know this. He was also tasked to assassinate Malong Awan and his sons After all, because of your incompetence and mismanagement of Internal Security; South Sudan is awash with all the foreign intelligence.

The demise of retards group occupying the blue is dawning and the beginning of professional security institution that will protect South Sudanese will come. The clock is ticking—one degree will send the empire of liars, selfish, thugs and murders to their rightful place -kobar.
