BREAKING: Dr. Majak D’Agoot Tested Positive to COVID-19

May 25, 2020(SSNN) — South Sudan’s former Deputy Defense Minister and Former Political Detainee, Dr. Majak D’Agoot, has tested positive to COVID-19.
Announcing the event on Twitter, Dr. Majak said he was initially tested negative to COVID-19 earlier last week but the latest test results turned out positive.
“This is to inform you that I did my 2nd Covid-19 test early last week – having tested NEGATIVE upon returning from Abyei in April.” Dr. Majak wrote on his twitter account.
“From the communication received from the lab, I and 2 others of my details have tested Covid-19 POSITIVE.” Dr Majak confirmed.
Majak, a former Deputy Defense Minister and the former Sudan Deputy Intelligence Chief, went on to reiterates that he has no symptoms so far and he is also in high spirits!
